Where to Begin:
First Step…
Call or stop in to schedule a private consultation in our showroom to be followed up with an in home visit if desired. During the consultation we will discuss your project needs, desires and budget, measurements and plans (if available). We will then tour the showroom and look at products on display as well as the latest color catalogues and design books
Next…
We will then provide you with options for a design that is based on your needs and individual taste.
After selections of fixtures have been made we will then present you with a cost estimate for signing and place the order.
We request a deposit to begin ordering and will schedule all deliveries and arrange for installation if desired.
We will work with your plumber and builder to provide them with specs based on your selection and coordinate delivery or pick up of your plumbing fixtures to the job site.
Once the Project is complete….
When your project is complete we will follow up with a phone call to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new kitchen and bath and determine if there and “finishing” items that may be needed.
You will receive our quarterly newsletter to keep you up to date on the care of your plumbing and heating needs as well as to keep you informed on any product updates.
