Andy J. MacMillan is a Master Plumber, Master Oil Burner Technician, State Licensed Gas Contractor with over 20 years in the plumbing and heating industry. Andy offers hands on experience for all plumbing and heating needs including new construction for both residential and commercial, remodeling projects, servicing of plumbing and heating equipment.
Andy personally oversees a dedicated team of experience licensed plumbers and heating technicians. Andy takes great pride in his work and the work of his team and is committed to excellence in every detail in every project.
Susan MacMillan holds her bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing and is working towards an Associates degree in Kitchen and Bath Design. Susan has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the mechanics of plumbing and heating and has worked on many remodeling and new construction projects over the past ten years defining and building on her design skills. Susan is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and is involved in many locally organizations and is committed to working closely with homeowners and contractors to create a harmonious design that will accommodate her clients needs while blending with a rooms unique style.

Every member of our team holds a state license including Master Plumber, Master Oil Burner Technician and State Licensed Gas Contractor and Plumbers Helper and we are members of the Maine Plumbing and Heating Cooling Association.
Each year all members complete numerous hours of continuing education schools and seminars to stay on top of and ahead of the latest updates to state and national plumbing and heating codes and trends.
We have “someone in the office” five days a week to answer calls personally and professionally while paying special attention to the customers needs.
